Terms of Service
Rules for using Easeloom software and related services.
Last updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use ofEaseloom (https://easeloom.com) and related services (the "Service") operated by Easeloom. Easeloom is operated by its owner as a sole proprietorship.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
1. The Service
Easeloom provides cloud software for drop-off shops to register jobs, update status, send customer notifications (SMS and email), and host tracking pages. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or early-access features may be provided "as is" with limited support.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- One person or business may not share accounts in a way that circumvents plan limits or fair use.
3. Plans, billing, and payments
We offer a free plan (10 jobs per month, 10 inventory parts, 10 invoices per billing period) and paid subscription plans with higher limits. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Dodo Payments unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Prices are shown before you confirm payment.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features until resolved.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Pricing changes. We reserve the right to change our prices, plans, and job limits at any time. Changes will not affect an active billing period you have already paid for, but may apply starting from your next renewal. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example by email or in-app notice) before a price change takes effect on your subscription. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change becomes effective means you accept the new price.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or notifications without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service or other users.

5. Your customer data
You retain ownership of data you upload about your shop, staff, and customers ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending notifications you configure.
You are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect and use Customer Data.
- Providing any required notices to your customers.
- Honoring customer requests regarding their data where you are the controller.
- The accuracy of phone numbers and email addresses used for notifications.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Easeloom and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service. You may not remove proprietary notices from tracking pages or emails except where white-label features are explicitly offered on your plan.

8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that SMS/email will always be delivered (delivery depends on carriers and recipient devices).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easeloom and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred us dollars (usd $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easeloom and its operator from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
